By accessing or using QualiRelay ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QualiRelay provides lead validation, enrichment, scoring, routing, suppression controls, and integrations for B2B sales teams. Scoring may use rules-based logic and AI-assisted analysis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Account and Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and must not misuse or abuse the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that lead data you submit can be processed for B2B qualification, enrichment, scoring, routing, and contact under applicable privacy, marketing, and electronic communications rules.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you submit; we process it as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms. You must promptly use suppression, deletion, or export controls when required to honor an individual or business-contact request.

5. Usage and Billing

Plan limits are measured primarily by processed leads and included basic enrichment volume. Starter and Pro standard overages are billed per processed lead at the published rate. Deep enrichment and AI scoring are subject to plan policy, safety limits, provider availability, and configured cost controls.

6. AI and Enrichment Outputs

Enrichment and AI-assisted scoring outputs are decision-support tools and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before taking sales, marketing, or compliance action based on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QualiRelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
